TRENCH CLUB is an independent technology studio. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected through trenchclub.dev, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

2. Information we collect

We collect only information reasonably necessary to operate the site, communicate with visitors, and improve our work.

  • Information you provide voluntarily, such as your email address or message when you contact us or subscribe to updates.
  • Basic technical information that may be generated when you visit the site, such as browser type, device type, referring page, approximate region, and access logs.
  • Analytics or similar usage information when privacy-respecting analytics or comparable services are enabled.

  • To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website.
  • To respond to inquiries and collaboration requests.
  • To send research, studio, or product updates when you have chosen to receive them.
  • To understand aggregate site usage and diagnose technical problems.

4. Service providers and disclosure

We may use infrastructure, hosting, analytics, email-delivery, and security providers to operate the site. They may process limited information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell personal information.

When TRENCH DISPATCH subscriptions are enabled, we use Resend to manage email addresses, form source, language, source-derived interests, and the time and version of your consent. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check subscription requests for abuse; the check loads when you interact with the enabled form. You can unsubscribe through the preference link in each Dispatch email. Existing opt-outs are not reset by submitting the form again.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect rights or security, investigate abuse, or respond to a valid legal request.

5. Cookies and analytics

The site may use essential storage required for functionality and may use analytics technologies to understand aggregate usage. Where required, additional consent will be requested before non-essential tracking is enabled.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain security records. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time.

7. Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards and their published terms.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other controls over your personal information. You may also withdraw from marketing emails using the unsubscribe option in those messages.

9. Children

This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children where parental consent would be required by applicable law.
